This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at lojadadap.com.

Loja da DAP sells and ships to the United States.

Products are shipped directly from China by third-party suppliers or logistics providers. Loja da DAP does not ship products from its registered office address.

Order processing time is 2 to 4 business days.

Estimated delivery time after processing is 7 to 12 business days.

Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is generally the processing time plus the delivery time. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Orders containing more than one item may arrive in separate packages. Items may also have separate tracking numbers.

Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside Loja da DAP’s direct control.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other import-related charges are the responsibility of the customer. Loja da DAP is not responsible for these charges.
